This policy describes the current planned version of Mahjong Castle. It must be updated if analytics, advertising, cloud saves, accounts, or other data collecting services are added later.
1. Publisher and contact
Mahjong Castle is published by AML Creation, based in Switzerland. Privacy questions can be sent to sonocalmrelax@gmail.com.
2. Information stored by the game
Mahjong Castle does not require an account. The game stores the following information locally on your device:
- game progress and unlocked levels,
- collected story rewards and collection progress,
- coin and booster balances,
- owned or selected tile skins and packs,
- music and sound effect preferences,
- tutorial and interface preferences.
This local information is used only to operate the game. It is not sent to AML Creation by the game. Removing the application may remove local progress, depending on your device and backup settings.
3. Information we do not request directly
The current version does not ask AML Creation to collect:
- your name, postal address, phone number, or contacts,
- precise location, photos, microphone recordings, or camera data,
- an advertising identifier for third party advertising,
- health information,
- a Mahjong Castle user account or password.
4. In app purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. AML Creation does not receive or store your full payment card details. The store may provide purchase status, product identifiers, transaction information, or restoration information needed to deliver purchased content.
Store privacy information is available from Apple and Google.
5. Unity services
Mahjong Castle is developed with Unity. Unity IAP and Unity Gaming Services may be used to initialize store connectivity and process purchase related technical operations. AML Creation does not use Unity Ads in the current planned version of Mahjong Castle.
Unity describes its own information practices in the Unity Privacy Policy.
6. Advertising and analytics
The current planned version of Mahjong Castle does not display third party advertisements and does not use a separate analytics service. If this changes, this policy and the store privacy declarations will be updated before the affected version is released.
7. Support messages
When you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device type, screenshots, purchase details, and the contents of your message. This information is used only to answer your request, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and keep necessary support records.
8. Children
Mahjong Castle is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. The game does not require an account or ask players to submit personal details. A parent or guardian can contact AML Creation if they believe a child has provided personal information through a support message.
9. Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared by the operating system, removed through device settings, or deleted with the application. Store purchase records are retained by Apple or Google under their own legal and operational requirements. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain support history, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
10. Security
AML Creation uses reasonable measures to protect information received through support. No method of storage or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are published.
