Sound or music is not playing
- Open Settings from the Home screen.
- Confirm that Music and Sound FX are enabled.
- Increase the device media volume.
- Check silent mode, Bluetooth audio, and connected headphones.
- Close and reopen the game after changing external audio devices.
Restore purchases
- Use the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
- Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
- Make sure the device has an internet connection.
- Consumable coin purchases cannot normally be restored after they have been delivered and spent.
- Non consumable packs can be restored when the store confirms ownership.
Progress or settings were reset
Game progress is stored locally on the device. Removing the application, clearing app data, changing devices, or restoring without compatible device backup data may remove local progress.
When contacting support, include your device model, operating system version, game version, and a description of what happened.
A board appears blocked
- A free tile must have no tile covering it and at least one open side.
- Try Hint to locate an available pair.
- Use Shuffle when matching tiles remain but no free pair is available.
- Remove Pair and Undo can help recover from difficult positions.
- If the issue repeats on the same level, include the level number and a screenshot in your message.
